Overview

Short bit to explain our motivation:  
Why is this Committee and its role/work important to Jefferson County?


Overview Elements Include:

  • Purpose - Mission/objectives
  • Who does the committee report to, how many members are there, and how is it funded?
  • Who is on the committee:  photo, contact information, a bioscketch that includes why each member chooses to expend energy on the ACAC, and how long their term is or when it is up for renewal.

Gather & clean up / brainstorm any graphics:

Meetings & Events

  • Where and when the regular ACAC meetings are held, who is invited
  • Outline how ACAC is fulfilling the intention to to provide the accommodations necessary for full participation in its meetings.  ex:  Individuals requiring accommodations during our meetings, including but not limited to:
    interpreter service; hearing loop; real-time captioning; large print; Braille; or recorded materials, are asked to _______, in advance of the meeting.
  • Link to Full Year's Calendar - have the graphic presentation of calendar in line with the look and feel of the JCPH brand.  
  • Any other events the ACAC is promoting
  • Link to page with Meeting Minutes for each month
