How to File |
There are three ways you may file:
Online |
Click here for 2020 Online Candidate Filing : May 11 at 9:00 a.m. to May 15 at 4:00 p.m. - (the online filing link will be available during the filing period).
Requirements to file online:
- Be registered to vote in the district for which you are filing
- Pay with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
- Provide a valid email address
- Submit by 4:00 p.m. on Friday May 15, 2020
By Mail |
When filing by mail, you may mail your declaration and filing fee to:

- The Governor issued a proclamation regarding petitions for candidates who lack sufficient assets to pay filing fees. Due to COVID-19 safety measures, candidates may file an attestation with their Declaration of Candidacy form in lieu of a filing fee petition.
