Permit Files Online

Selected pages from on-site sewage disposal (septic) case files are now available for viewing through the Jefferson County Weblink Documents website (see steps below for more details on how to view file).

The online septic case records include, if available, the permit application, the approved permit and conditions, the asbuilt or record drawing and construction report, the approved design, the soil report, and letters from JCPH since septic system installation.  Many records prior to 1995 do not have all of these elements.  Some pre-permit case records contain only an evaluation of the existing septic system.  Other information may be available in the case file. If you need additional information you may submit a public records request for the complete file.  Charges of .10 cents a page apply for case files containing 20 pages or more.

Please note that the pages available for viewing online only include the most commonly requested pages of the file, not the entire contents. To review the complete file, please email the Environmental Health Office or call directly at 360-385-9444.
