NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Proposed Ordinance Relating to County Fee Policy and Requirements; and
the Department of Public Works, Solid Waste Division Fee Schedules; and
Amending Title 8 JCC and Appendix Fee Schedules
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing is scheduled by the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners for Monday, June 26, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the Commissioners’ Chambers, County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, WA. Notice of said hearing is to be published in the official newspaper of Jefferson County.
This hearing is to inform citizens of the proposed ordinance changing the county method of adopting and amending fee schedules from ordinance to resolution, adopting a new chapter 8.10 JCC; and updating Jefferson County Public Works, Solid Waste Division Fees. The public has the opportunity to send comments regarding the ordinance and fee changes prior to its adoption by the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners.
