The Board of County Commissioners held a Public Hearing on Monday, June 4, 2018, regarding Jefferson County Planning Commission’s recommended County Comprehensive Plan and amendments to the Unified Development Code (UDC), and staff recommended revisions.

The Board began deliberations June 11, continued deliberations in a day-long special meeting on June 14, and have scheduled additional special meetings.

In their deliberations, the Board is considering goals and policies that cover each of the comprehensive planning elements, including land use, housing, and economic development; and will also include recommended revisions to the UDC.
