Sealed bids are due at 10:00 a.m. on October 25, 2021 at the Jefferson County Commissioners Office, basement level of the Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson Street, P.O. Box 1220, Port Townsend, Washington, 98368, for construction of the SR 116 and Cedar Avenue Pedestrian/Bike Improvement, County Project No. 1802057.

The bids will be opened and read publicly at 10:30 a.m., or shortly thereafter, on the same day. Due to COVID-19 no in-person attendance is allowed (Per Jefferson County RESOLUTION No. 45-21)   Alternate ways to attend are as follows:
